POLICIES & PROVISIONS
Payment ProcedureEntry Fee RequirementsA Pre-Registration Fee is required to secure each
group’s The Pre-Registration Fee is $50.00 per group
and should be submitted with the registration form. All Monies are Due by April 20th After April 1st no monies will be refunded.Music Scores Choral Groups - Concert Bands - Full and String Orchestras 3 Conductor's Scores with measures numbered and clearly identified with school name must be turned in at on-site registration when your group arrives in Columbus at the Convention and Trade Center. These will be returned to you with your adjudication forms, judges recordings and appropriate awards. Jazz Bands 1 Numbered Score is desirable, but optional. However, One numbered instrumental part must be provided. Quality Control
In order to maintain the highest possible level of consistency, all participants and chaperones must purchase one of the established festival package plans to be eligible to participate in all aspects of the festival. Groups requiring lodging must utilize the accommodations made available in the packages. InsuranceA special bodily insurance and property damage policy for $2,000,000 has been obtained by the Columbus Invitational Music Festival for all participants and chaperones while at the festival site. It is not liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may happen by default of any hotel, motel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included or by natural forces. No responsibility is accepted for any damage or delay due to illness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, governmental restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. In the event it becomes necessary to cancel or alter any aspect of the festival, such alterations may be made. |
